Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Payments made for graphic design, web development, or digital marketing projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds are not possible once creative assets, code, campaign setups, or deliverables have been shared.

In rare cases where a project cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Gcreationz, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:

• Work already completed
• Resources allocated
• Administrative costs

Cancellations

If a client cancels after project initiation, no refund will be provided.

If cancellation is requested before any work starts, up to 50% of the advance may be refunded, as resources are blocked in advance.

If Gcreationz terminates a project due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or client misconduct, no refund will be issued.

Digital Products

For digital downloads (templates, code snippets, design packs):

• Once delivered or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.

Fraudulent or Malicious Orders

Any attempt to misuse orders to harm the reputation of Gcreationz will be addressed under the IT Act 2000 (as amended 2008) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

We reserve the right to blacklist such clients, recover dues, and pursue civil or criminal proceedings in Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.

Compliance

This policy is drafted in line with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Act 2000/2008, and applicable intellectual property and software laws.
