3. Delivery Timeline

• In most cases, you will receive your product within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take slightly longer but will still be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Order Confirmation & Access

• You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout.

  • A delivery email containing your files or secure link after verification.

• If you do not see the delivery email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.

5. Issues with Access

If you have not received your download link within the stated timeframe:

• We will re-send the files or provide alternate access within 1 business day.

6. No Physical Shipping

• Since we only deal in digital products, no shipping fees, customs duties, or courier delays apply.

7. Refund & Returns

As stated in our Refund Policy, all digital products are non-refundable once access or download links are provided. Please review product details carefully before purchase.
